- Do I need a skin test before colour?
- Yes, if you’re new to us or to colour. It’s a quick test at least 48 hours before your appointment, and it’s free.
- How long does a balayage take?
- Allow about three hours, including the toner and blow-dry.
- Do you take walk-ins?
- We work by appointment, but ring on the day: if a chair is free, we’ll fit you in.
- What if I’m not happy with it?
- Tell us within a week and we’ll adjust it at no charge.
